Walker’s opponent is still largely unknown, despite being the elected head of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for several years. Once the negatives start getting out, I suspect Walker will pull ahead; he is, after all, the known quantity in this race, and Evers is not exactly a compelling figure.

On a positive note, the US senate race is a statistical dead heat, with Leah Vukmir already tied with the incumbent, despite being less well know outside the SE corner of the state.
