Frankly, I don’t know one way about the validity of the charges (I hope for his sake they are false). I’m disturbed at how many Trump supporters are being targeted by the corrupt and evil Deep State.
Being a conservative doesn’t make one immune from greed. This investigation was no secret.

I ask again why the hell is a supposedly Republican DOJ investigating GOP Congressman? How many democrats did Obama DOJ go after? Only 1 I can think of, Blago who personally embarrassed him by auctioning off his Senate seat and was caught red-handed. I fail to see the political fallout of the President putting a stop to this being worse than the political fallout from indictments.
