If true we should be able to buy the homes there for ten cents in the dollar.

But it is not true, obviously.

Fortunately for Orrin he’ll be dead before his dire predictions of global catastrophe are discredited.

Anyone who knows anything about those barrier islands knows they are constantly changing and shifting.

Only the words “climate change” have been added to give the prediction leggs.

It wouldn’t take much of rise in sea level to make living on Cape Hatteras and the Outer Banks dicey.

Living on the barrier islands has always been dicey. They are natural unstable, regardless of average temperatures.

It seems to me that what is happening now is a shift back to “climate change” because “immigration” issue isn’t giving the DNC enough momentum for the midterms.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Yeah, that's what kills me. These frauds keep saying this and yet property values in liberal wealthy areas like Manhattan and Miami Beach keep on rising. This tells me that they don't really believe their own press clippings. As for OBX, look for yourself:

January 2018 Outer Banks Real Estate Market Report

When these prices start plummeting, then you'll know that the wealthy actually believe the global warming BS.
