I take the liberty to correct my post somewhat, re #16.previously. The Federal Government has offered $50 million dollars for three embattled Provinces. Hard hit by the latest surge of "illegals". They are Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba. Quebec would thus get about $35 million. Quebec claim they are in the red for $146 million.
