If you took the article you linked to, and inserted Donald Trump instead of John Mc Cain you would almost be dealing with same scenario we are dealing with today.
The players in the article are all the same, Manafort, Gates, Simpson, Jacoby, Derepaska, Ukraine, etc, etc.
I have been studying Yaacov Aplebaum’s computer analysis “ The Mechanics of Deception” It is an exhaustive and objective open source analysis of the Trump Dossier and the surrounding events and people involved. All of the names mentioned in the 2008 article magically reappear in the 2015 - 2017 construction and dissemination of the Trump Dossier.
