Congress needs to fast-track impeachment proceedings against Federal judges who try to usurp the authority of the other branches in this way. As in, “Rule today, out tomorrow.”
Congress should pass a law redefining the power of District judges so they can no longer rule against EOs.
Congress' no. 1 priority is to evade responsibility. That is why they let the bureaucracy and the judiciary encroach deeper and deeper into what should be Congress' role in governance. It is much more fun to make high dudgeon speeches about over-reaching bureaucrats or judges than to, say, pick up the responsibility yourself.
