Why was Brennan speaking with the head of Russia’s internal security service on an issue that’s clearly about external security since it is between our two countries?
Shouldn’t he have been facing off with the Russian official who headed the service most likely to be responsible?
...and if Russia’s internal security service was thought responsible, then shouldn’t it have been Comey rather than Brennan to do the face off with the Russian official in charge?
