Long overdue. He should do the same for ALL FORMER government officials and employees, regardless of position, party, etc. Their clearances remain in the building; they can renew or reactivate them once they are needed through a new government position or contractor.

I read an article yesterday that said it had become a tradition to allow former administrations to keep their security clearance which helped them transition to a new job. The article said until now there have been no issues doing that, the old administration people did not take advantage of it in the past after the new administrations took over.
That same article said now all those from the previous administration need to have their clearances taken away because it has allowed them to essentially try to run a shadow government using their prior contacts and clearance to get information and pass it on.
THERES BLOOD IN THE WATER NOW....THAT’LL P-OFF A LOT OF THEm REAL GOOD!
