Based on your posts 17 and 18, as my only information (along with the apparent fact that the shooter has a bit of a history with this sort of thing), I’d find not guilty, due to enough reasonable doubt.
And I’d be careful not to push people down to the ground like that. I might get shot,l and I’d deserve it.
