The Real Reasons Peter Strzok was Fired from the FBI

Former FBI agents say the text messages are not the only reason Strzok was fired

(Snip)

“Strzok was under oath before Congress and he made statements that appeared to be false and refused to answer some questions, but he was going to get just a slap on the wrist,” said a former supervisory special agent from OPR adjudication, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the nature of their work. “There is absolutely no wiggle room when it comes to lack of candor in the FBI…unless you’re an SES (Senior Executive Service). Strzok’s firing went well beyond texting about Trump. Strzok would have also been involved in the handling of the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) application to the FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court)…” The agent noted that Strzok was “well aware that he was lying by deception when they did not include the information on who paid for the dossier and (that) Bruce Ohr was back-channeling information for a discredited source.”

He was fired because Hillary lost. Always keep that in mind.

I am a DoD civilian. If I had said the stuff in front of Congress that Strzok had, it would have been game over as I left the room. My superiors would have had my ear out on the concrete before I could even get back to the office.

That was the most disrespectful and evil testimony before Congress I have ever had the misfortune to see. And to bring that line up of lawyers and sycophants sitting behind him!!!! The optics alone were enough to nail him on.

No, but fluttering nervously in the bushes, contemplating flight.

Hillary must hang for her crimes.

Thank you. We all pretty much have suspected for some time that there are different rules, depending on who you are. Strzok should have been put on administrative leave months ago.

And Mayor Guiliani said on Hannity that Strzok was just a “small fish to fry” that the real culprit that needs to be held accountable is the vile John Brenan.

Pray that somehow Brenan WILL be held accountable.

Don’t be too hard on them. The recommendation was for a 60 day suspension. Sessions and Wray fired him. Sounds like they did do a little swamp cleaning.

I believe Lisa Page’s testimony hurt Strzok and others real bad. The massacre has only begun.

I have been wondering about that too. The narrative is that her testimony was much different than his testimony.

Nope, not Sessions and Wray, Bowdich.

“FBI Deputy Director David Bowdich actually overruled a recommendation by the bureau’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) to suspend and demote the former senior agent, and instead, terminated Strzok on Friday.”

Isn’t it obvious that there has been a change in the tenor of this situation? Look at all the stories and revelations that are popping up. Now more than 1/3 of Democrats are against Mueller.

IMO there are actions coming down the road for Strzok that have to do with the Russia investigation that will result in a criminal referral for him. Remember that the IG is now working on the Russia investigation and FISA abuse. The IG had already noted in the email investigation report when discussing the delay in acting on the Weiner laptop that he could not rule out bias.

Bowdich overruled Will because he knows what is coming down the pike. He couldn’t leave Strzok in the FBI and further embarrass the FBI and DOJ when the next IG investigatory installment comes out. Why delay the inevitable? Strzok is damaged goods. I hope he is not used as the scapegoat to protect his superiors like McCabe, Comey, Yates, Lynch, and Obama.

Only a fool believes a word out of the mouth of an FBI agent.

Former Assistant Director Chris E. Swecker excoriates Comey in this review of his book, citing specific laws he broke. I've read plenty of books and articles by retired FBI agents that lead me to believe them.

I guess nobody could believe anybody if they don't want to - including you and me.

Which Bowdich would not have done without top cover by Sessions and Wray.

That kind of political maneuvering has to be discussed at those levels. Strzok had some heavy top cover of his own, but for some reason, it decided to disappear. Although they are supporting him bigly on Gofundme.

This was one of the FBI who lied to the court for the warrant to wiretap. The crimes are longer than our arms combined. Fox and the others are dancing to the elite cover up.

He's not in the FBI. He can afford to be honest.
