I heard that the President can declare all her recordings as classified...especially because they occurred in the White House.

In contrast, Comey didn't wear a wire (though I believe he did) during conversations with the President but went right to his computer.

At the very least, a violation of whatever security clearance she had. That’s enough to get prosecuted for.
