I wouldn’t believe a word this woman said. If Trump didn’t know he was being recorded then there is no way Mueller could use anything on the tape. He’s not going to taint his investigation by getting mixed up with this...creature.

D.C. is one-party consent on recordings, which means Trump not knowing he was being recorded wouldn’t be illegal in itself. Of course Mueller would be looking at a bigger picture than just that, which is probably what you’re alluding to. She’s so radioactive he’d probably want to steer clear to avoid the association. OTOH I could imagine him being intrigued with the possibility that she had managed to record something useful to him.
