I doubt they can prosecute him for being biased - but if they are firing him for it, that means they believe significant bias existed and affected his decisions. If it affected his decisions, then Mueller’s witch hunt has just been completely discredited - the fruit of a poisonous tree. The same is true of the premature closing of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s wrongdoing - that decision will have to be reconsidered as well.
It is long overdue, but this is a score for the good guys, and it is a good indication that the wheels are turning in Trump’s FBI and turning in the right direction.
