Note that Taliban was conceived and nurtured by ISI in Pakistan (their CIA). Taliban then took over Afghanistan and Afghanistan gave sanctuary to Osama Bin Laden. When US military had Osama on the run, where does he go? Pakistan!
And Pakistan helped North Korea to develop nukes. Pakistan has been milking United States for decades for free foreign aid.

Also remember the 2008 islamic terrorist attack in Mumbai, India - something like 160 people killed in multiple locations, including a Jewish couple tortured to death - by a team of a dozen trained jihadists - all from Pakistan, who were in radio communication with their Pakistan-based handlers during the slaughter.
The sole captured jihadist says the ISI helped train them. The Pakistan government let the Pakistan ringleaders slip free.
