There are plenty of jobs - stop the handout and give away programs- if they can’t make it they can go home. Tax wire transfers out of America at 20% and fund the wall and additional Border Patrol Officers.
Isn’t food stamps now essentially a debt card. I believe the payment process is vastly different than in the past.
