Mueller’s prosecutors filed a formal complaint against Judge T.S. Ellis this week claiming he violated protocol by ‘unfairly’ blasting the prosecutors over a witness.

Mueller’s team of liberal hack lawyers are becoming increasingly frustrated with Judge Ellis to the point of being pushed to tears.

Hopefully, this will further anger the judge and make Mueller's phony case more difficult to prosecute.

They are likely butthurt that he called attention to the crying guy. Tyrants don’t like being made fun of.

Trying to control the narrative.

When they lose or only get a partial victory, they can blame the judge, not their poor contrived case.

About another 4 weeks before Trump orders the FISA warrant to be declassified and issued largely un-redacted.

Heads to explode!

The complaint belongs in the circular file. Since when does Mueller intercede in someone’s courtroom. I’m certain that Mueller is wrong in even doing this. He’s interfering in a trial....a trial that he created with info from years gone by that have “0” to do with Mueller’s charge.

30 days for contempt of court in the general population without privileges should give them perspective.

Note to Mueller: when you wish to disguise a political show trial as something else, you must take into account that judges, witnesses, or defendants may not behave exactly as you intend.

No it is because they say the judge permitted a witness to remain in the courtroom while others testified, but he later forgot and admonished them for doing it. It appears the judge admitted his mistake and told the jurors to ignore his comments. I’m not certain of the effect of the formal complaint. Unless they want a mistrial or to remove the judge, I don’t think the prosecutors can do much except finish their case and hope for a conviction. My guess is they are preparing in case they want to move for a mistrial. However I think that is unlikely. They may also seek additional jury instructions to further correct the mistake.

The prosecution is desperately seeking a mistrial. After the cross examination of Gates they know that the best they can get is a hung jury if this trial proceeds to verdict. That would be very bad for Mueller and it would be highly unlikely he would try Manafort again or ever get a conviction. A mistrial is his best option. However the judge’s “error” is not likely the basis for such a ruling.

Translation: We are going to lose and we want to create an appeal. Expect Mueller’s Rat Pack to try and upset the Judge.

The guy looks like he could be John "Tiny Tears" Boehner's illegitimate son.

How the hell did this country wind up with so many pajama boys so high up in our government?

I recommend Trump fires DAAG Andres so he can get together with the fired James Comey for a good cry together...

“..[T]he judge’s condescending attitude [could give] the jury the impression that the prosecution’s case is dubious....”

But actually the prosecution’s case is dubious at best!

The best of all possible worlds for Mueller is that he and his minions loose all their court cases. That will allow him to fall on his sword and honorably leave the field empty handed.

Anything else is just prosecutor misconduct of the highest order or an attempt by the DOJ/FBI to overturn a national election.

And after Manafort is convicted Trump will do nothing like an immediate and total pardon after Manafort is sentenced to 200 or years in jail. I just cannot figure Trump now.

Yeah, it's just not fair!

How do they expect to railroad Manafort if the judge won't cooperate??
