A first-year Computer Science student could write some code to pull records of any voter over age 90 and to check every year whether they are still alive.

This is deliberate.

Well surprise, surprise, surprise!

Perhaps a new law is need to make it illegal that anyone over the ago of 80 years may no longer legally vote. I’m sure those 116 year old voters will surely protest.

And the registrar of voters, on Soros' or Clinton enterprises payroll. would confirm "sure, 122-year old John Barleycorn is alive and well, and on the active roll."

What should be checked are marriages involving women born females (for name change) or death certificates, which would be more difficult to manipulate illegally.
