Nothing will ever change in that city so long as they keep electing Rats, same with New york city. Once again NYC whining and complain how hellish transportation is yet they reelect DeBlasio and Cuomo. “My life sucks, I need the suckiness to continue”
The real problem is the “group” that commits the most crime. Until they stop their violent ways, nothing will change. Everyone is bending over backwards to ignore the elephant in the room.
