I see Feinstein is pushing to get Kavanaugh's papers from his White House days. She's got a nerve, she couldn't even properly vet her own driver for 20 years.

Insider trading is the norm on capital hill and in state capitols and court houses. Being so clumsy as to get caught is an aberration. Using a number of front companies to do the deal is standard operating procedure.

Under the statute for insider trading, one need not have made any profit himself/herself to be guilty. All they need is intent to help others make profit based on insider information.
