The more delay there is the longer whatever side (usually 'Rats) wants to cheat will have to "find" votes. The 'Rats stole the WA state governor's office for eight years by cheating in the 2004 election, stretching out the "voting" by two recounts to finally "win" by all of 133 votes. The 'Rats "found" supposedly lost votes several times in that fraud. Then there's the Al Franken "win" in MN sometime back.

They’ve been doing that forever. I’ve been looking for an article I read back during the Reagan administration, in which a demonrat “operative” boasted that if he could just get his hands on the ballots, he could recount their way to victory.
We really need to put a stop to that. When the demonrats grab the ballot boxes and head for a back room, we must stop them.
