Quadruple the number of courts!
Just DEPORT them back to Mexico. WHAT is the damn PROBLEM?? Why have any “court” appearances?
For many or most of these things why does it take a court. You meet them at the border or catch them after having just crosed and you set them back across the border, preferably at Vera Cruz or Campeche.
Increasing the number of judges and courts would be good, but we can also fix this with an accounting trick: LIFO - last in, first out.
Disadvantage - the invaders waiting for hearings now get to stay longer, which is a loss for Americans.
Advantage - new invaders coming here would get their hearings almost immediately. If the standards are strict, their prompt and permanent removal would remove the incentive to come here at all outside the regular, legal immigration system.
I’d call LIFO processing a net win for real Americans. As an added bonus, if it does cut the number of asylum claims, we would finally reduce the backlog.
