Wait What. Canada needs a pipe-line to send Canadian oil to the USA and yet Canada is sending Canadian money to the Middle East to buy Saudi oil to be shipped all the way to Canada?! Why does Canada bother to buy oil from any other country. Why doesn’t Canada build its own pipeline to send Canadian oil to Canada?!
