So, yes, by law they have to bake that cake, serve them in restaurants and allow them to stay at their “inn”.

I see the grabs of it that are posted here, but otherwise refuse to be sucked in by it; nor by any other (anti)social media for that matter.
They all strike me as hideously obsessive compulsions, and significantly contributory to the civil devolution of recent years.
Twitter needs some stiff competition. Calling all IT freepers. Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have some uppance that must come. Please do collude in a vast right wing conspiracy to break their monopolies. Fascism and speech codes must not be allowed to pay.

If they are deceiving Twitter users through tricky legal language, it’s purposeful fraud.
I hope someone is writing the code to build a web site that does all that twitter does, but without the censorship. Fraud? Without that, too. Twitter is built on fraud. They have fraudulent users, fraudulent rules, fraudulent ethics enforced on only one party. If we’re on to the fraud, it’s time to make them obsolete. Why should Dorsey remain wealthy any longer than he has to be. I liked his two uncles better. They played some good jazz.
I think most marginally literate people can read a TOS, or at least know to consult an attorney before agreeing to a TOS.

I’m not on Twitter, thus I have no need to read the TOS.
However, I would never sign a document, or agree to a TOS that I do not understand.
Moreover, I understand that Twitter is controlled by its shareholder, board and executive staff, and should not be administered by the government or people who have no connection with the company.
Your posting history and comments smell like a know it all troll.
Then you are arguing that Twitter has the right to shadow-ban conservatives from a completely ill-informed position.
