After Carlos Bayon was arrested on a charge of menacing U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise in a voicemail message, authorities deemed the threat "credible" and described evidence seized at the suspect's upstate New York home as "very concerning." The U.S. attorney did not detail the evidence, but a new affidavit filed in federal court in Buffalo by the Capitol Police itemizes it.
No guns were found in the search, yet special agent Lawrence Anyaso says investigators discovered:
150 rounds of 7.62-millimeter rifle ammunition
50 rounds of shotgun ammunition
A 2004 receipt for an SKS assault rifle
A 1987 receipt for a .38-caliber revolver.
Further, the affidavit says, investigators turned up books about guns and explosives. They listed the material as:

"Homemade C-4
"New & improved C-4
"Middle Eastern Terrorist Bomb Designs
"Poor man's TNT
"CIA field manual for explosive prep
"Disguise techniques
"How to circumvent security alarms

"Hit Man: technical manual
"Expedient B&E: circumventing alarms
"Improvised radio detonation techniques
"Homemade Semtex
"Secrets of a Super Hacker "How to build practical firearm suppressors."
Bayon, 63, who owns a garage door service company, was present at his Grand Island home when authorities served the search warrant Wednesday (Aug. 1).

A Dem with all that can still be an average Dem.
We have to stop giving in to the myth that some Dems are “bad” and many are “good”. Any Morning Joe staff member or CNN employee or Mother Jones subscriber could have and do all that he did and more.
It is childish and naïve and dangerous to grant special rights and privileges to Dems on the myth that not all are “bad”. This guy could have been eating supper at any family restaurant near you any day. Looks “normal.” A Dem. Not all look like Johnny Depp or Eminem. Just don’t turn your back on one.
