DACA isn’t something enacted by Congress, it’s a policy decision made by the Executive and therefore not something this judge has any authority over. Trump should ignore this and appeal based on the court trying to usurp the Constitutional role of the Executive branch.
Then why does this Judge have a job. If he’s making such decisions he needs to be admonished or fired. Seems like we have a few too many politically motivated judges. How about they focus on the law and not political activism?
Ignore, yes. Appeal, no.
The judge has acted far outside the constitutional bounds of the court, therefore his ruling is invalid on its face.
Appealing to a higher court only further reinforces the unconstitutional supremacy of the Judicial branch over the Executive.
Trump should ignore the ruling and not appeal to anybody.
It bears REPEATING: DACA is CACA.
