This is what happens when the US dollar is the reserve currency of the world, and when the .fedgov is in charge of printing the dollar - there is unlimited money to persecute, to bribe, to hassle, to intimidate, to buy off, to buy votes, to welfarize people, to start wars, etc, etc.
As painful as it might be, I want the USD to lose its reserve currency status. Honest money is necessary for a more honest society. I’m for gold and bitcoin to take the place of the USD, thus putting shackles on .fedgov overreach.

I thought Navarro dismissed the case WITH PREJUDICE, which would mean they cannot try him again.

I’m not a lawyer by far but it seems to me they are
trying to reverse the dismissal of the Federal case.
Is the dismissal final and not able to be appealed?

The trial judge had a solid basis for dismissing the charges. The 9th Circuit is going to affirm the dismissal.
Next comes the civil rights lawsuits.
