I’m sure that like BJ Clinton in 2000 many candidates have to weigh the value of an Obama endorsement; unless they are running in a total welfare district (which normally wouldn’t be competitive) then there is little value in an endorsement from the Welfare King.
One news-worthy piece about his endorsements: They didn’t include Ojos Locos (Crazy Eyes) from da Bronx...
