Something is not adding up to me.
I thought "the Russians" were tampering in our FEDERAL elections.
How can Mueller refer this to a STATE court?

How can Mueller refer this to a STATE court? Could it have anything to do with the Southern District of New York court and how much it hates PDJT? Also, PDJT cannot pardon someone convicted in a state court.

How can Mueller refer this to a STATE court? I believe those various districts around the country (e.g., Southern District of New York) are Federal.
