If you watch the presser, Gaultieri explains immunity, etc. He also went into great detail about the camera angle not being sufficient to decide the case but that it’s the only camera there was. He was just pointing out that with the expertise of the police force, they have the tools to watch in slow motion with a very clear picture to discern more than the public.
But defending yourself can drive you into bankruptcy.
I thought Gualtieri did a good job on trying to calm the hysteria. He also said it is still an open investigation. If I was the shooter I'd be worried. This mob mentality is dangerous. Black on black, ignored, black on white, almost ignored, white on black, let's get out the microscope and look at everything the shooter ever did, wrote, tweeted or said and if we can't find anything let's go with what we think he thought.
