outed her plan to tax the ultra-rich to pay for a single-payer healthcare Of course, the "ultra-rich" are those making over $30,000 per year. There is no way to have Socialism without a massive middle and lower class tax hike. Period. "The rich" can't pay for it all, even if you tax them at 100%.

What a moron if you took every dime from the super rich you could fund single payer for about 3 months maybe.

Little Cynthia Strap-On Grrl made a lotta cash pretending to be hetero on TV.
She can donate all she wants to the medical charity of her choice. Better yet, she could start her own non-profit medical insurance company like a lot of Christian churches already have done.
But since she’s a simpleton, all she can think of is “steal money from people and give it to my buddies”

There it is...the main reason to keep PDJT and future conservative presidents elected...and retaining control of the House/Senate. There’s no more Democrat false front of “Why can’t we all get along.” The next time the Dems are in power, this country will be stripped bare as if by a plague of locusts.

Even in ultra-liberal New York, I think she's polling in single digits.

Government-payer costs over $3 a year. Our current budget is $4+ trillion.
These marxists are insane for power over us.

Upstate is so screwed.
Note to the nation: At least you can take some solace in the likelihood that after the next census, NYS will lose yet another 1 or 2 seats in the chamber with the power of the purse.

Resistance-Backed Cynthia Nixon: Taxing Rich for Single-Payer System Not Pipe Dream Yeah it is.
To: ChicagoConservative27
Cynthia Nixon touted her plan to tax the ultra-rich to pay for a single-payer healthcare system This will cause a significant reduction in the ratio of benefits to negative consequences. The negative consequences of raising taxes on the rich in a free, rational economic system are:
1) reduction in relative demand for and production of capital goods
2) reduction in degree of capital intensiveness
3) reduction in productivity of labor and productivity of capital goods
4) reduces demand for labor.
If you want to increase economic decline and decay, and lower the standard of living of the average worker, the above 4 consequences will do it.

What planet are these commies living on ? Their call for "Since Medicare for All would eliminate insurance premiums and provide health care free of charge is a lie unless they change the entire system. The current enrollee premium is from $104 to $145 a month for Part B (just doctor coverage). Part A (hospital) has no premium, but let's face it, doctor coverage to see a doctor so you can stay out of the hospital as an inpatient is the target for most people. Couple the monthly premium with the deductible and 20% co-pay for covered bills then you are still talking serious dollars. And yes, the Emergency room (the primary care facility for so many) is not covered under part A but part B. The 'free' health care crowd needs to come clean with this 'free care' via medicare for all is not free unless they are talking Medicaid which is the true no cost to the patient healthcare for the minority entitlement jackpot winners. The current medicare enrollee does have to pay their portion.

Ah Obamacare 2.0, Single Payer Healthcare! This was the plan from day one. Screw up our healthcare enough that something anything has to be done to try and fix it. Well here comes Single Payer healthcare AKA as Total Government Control! How well does that work? Just ask American Veterans or citizens of (no longer) Great Britain!
