No it wouldn't. There was a Supreme Court case which held that actions performed by a person when that person was believe eligible to hold their office are valid and are not nullified. Even if Obama were to be found to be ineligible it doesn't undo anything.

I doubt treason would be the charge. Regardless he is entitled to a trial and as such he would go into the federal prison system.

Yeah, nobody talks about how much foreigners gave to the Clinton “foundation” - not just rumors, but cold hard cash. While it would be icing on the cake if Trump won the popular vote, the simple truth is that for Hillary!, as with her husband in both of his election wins, more than half the voters who showed up DID NOT pick her. If she won she, like her husband, would NOT have a mandate (more than half the vote).
Libs are in denial (as they were under Bush II) that campaigns would be run very differently if the popular vote elected our presidents; Trump would have dedicated more than cursory visits with the obligatory “We’re going to win (California, New York, etc.)” if those votes mattered in the long run. Instead candidates dedicate time and money where they can win the votes that count - ELECTORAL VOTES.
