Philadelphia has announced it will end a major information-sharing contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), bowing to intense pressure from activist groups and drawing immediate condemnation from federal officials.
The move means that the city will not renew a decade-long arrangement to share real-time arrest information with ICE when it expires at the end of August.
The information, contained in Philadelphia’s Preliminary Arraignment Reporting System (PARS), alerts authorities when new arrests are made, and includes arrestee's full names, countries of origin, and Social Security numbers. While PARS does not indicate immigration status, Democrats charged that ICE nevertheless abused the database to investigate potential immigration violations.
Anyone who interacts with law enforcement is entered into the database, including those who are arrested, victims and witnesses, with some limits on what ICE officers can view.

I remember riding through a hollow somewhere in the city watching a black guy in a gray suit, tie-less walking proudly down the sidewalk past shuttered businesses, trash of all descriptions billowing as he passed, then going up the hill to a non-black residential neighborhood ... spotless ...

Declare any city that refuse to allow the Feds to enforce the laws a “ Unsafe to travel” city. Post it at the State Dept website as a warning to tourists from other countries. And stop all federal money to that cities as well. Two can play at that game.
The obstructionist RINO’s could fix this in a minute. A simple amendment to federal law making it a criminal offence for any business, union, school, city, town, village, county or state, any law enforcement agency connected to same, that fails to cooperate with ICE, including the failure to immediately advise ICE it has an illegal alien in its custody and/or knows the whereabouts of such person. I would give a free pass to any religious institution that voluntarily gives up its tax exempt status. This has not been fixed because the RINO’s run the Cheap Labor Express.

If you are waiting for the RINOs to do any real work you will be waiting a long time. They have no idea how to govern. Its like they are afraid nobody will like them anymore if they show a backbone.

Any American citizen injured or killed by wetbacks in this city; well, the families of those so victimized should have the right to hold the city criminally liable.
One of your pet wetbacks kills or injures an American citizen, you will be held responsible; that can involve punitive damages and prison time.
