A gunman killed two people at his Texas home before going to a nearby nursing home and killing two others and himself in what investigators believe are related incidents, an official said.
The deaths in the Robstown area, near Corpus Christi and the Gulf of Mexico, are being investigated as murders and a suicide, Robstown city secretary Herman Rodriguez said.
Police said they first were called to a shooting at Robstown's Retama Manor Nursing Center around 7 p.m. There, they found three people dead -- a female and two males, including the shooter, police said.
Investigators then found two other people dead with gunshot wounds at the suspect's home, Rodriguez said.
Police didn't immediately release the names of the dead, information about whether they were related, or possible motives....

They’re withholding the shooter’s name until they can get his social media pages taken down.
To Jason, Jamiel, and your editor, if you had one:
“A gunman killed two people at his Texas home before going to a nearby nursing home and killing two others and himself in what investigators believe are related incidents”
If he is not ‘alleged’ to have done both crimes at both locations, wouldn’t that in and of itself make them related?
Horrible. Once again no name, guess what religion he is? Either illegal or sharia? BLM?
Was there anyone at the nursing center to protect the patients?
IF not, why not?
I just got out of a nursing home here in the Dallas area in April. There were no security guards or other protection.
Nursing facilities and hospitals are great soft targets for terrorists.

Give it a little rest. Read a bit and its an obvious revenge-type targeted murder.
More likely to be white male. But NOT automatically black or Moslem.
NO GUN ZONE! Bet there was no armed guard either.
Robstown sounds like a happening place, sort of like New Orleans.
And I thought that Charlotte was going to be emulating Chitown soon.
