This lady may have used bad judgment in sending sexual pix out to co-workers, if in fact, she did that.

But she's not dumb. She's a former prosecutor.

I watched her for a couple of years on The Five before I quit watching cable TV news. She espoused conservative positions when she would comment. She's definitely the law and order type.

And she's was eye candy at the end of the table to attract male viewers.

I don't hold any of that against her.
