Judge orders Fusion GPS to disclose details of its dossier work. The opposition firm has avoided deposition in a dossier-related lawsuit against BuzzFeed. Lawyer for plaintiff says ruling gave us everything that we had hoped for.
Representatives of Fusion GPS must answer a broad array of questions about the opposition research firms role in creating, investigating and disseminating the infamous Steele dossier, a federal judge ruled.
U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro issued the decision Tuesday in a defamation lawsuit a Russian tech executive filed against BuzzFeed News, which published the dossier on Jan. 10, 2017.
The trial is scheduled to begin in Miami in November.

What the OIG report failed at this case could expose...........
They won’t comply, just watch.
and lets see the original with Hillary’s hand writing between the lines
Would any work that GPS did for Hillary be considered an illegal campaign contribution? Remember how the MSM tried to paint the alleged payments to Stormy Daniels as an illegal campaign contribution?
Discovery in a number of these cases will prove to be interesting.
Well, unless the judge sides with Mueller that you can’t see any evidence against you.
Reminds me of King George.

BOOOOOM!!!
They have purposely provided themselves of several layers of insulation from perjury. The doc was no doubt written by them, or by another of Clintons minions, probably with no Russian involvement.
By getting a foreign agent to sign it, and by claiming that the information comes from Russian sources whose identities cant be disclosed, it is easy for them to keep it at arms length. And thats what theyve done. Fusion refuses to vouch for it. Steele refuses to vouch for it. No one will vouch for it, and yet its done what it was designed to do.
Its useful to us to take them at their word that Russians wrote it, because they then convict themselves of Russian collusion... but the Russian element is probably just their way of giving it credibility while avoiding a perjury conviction... We cant reveal our sources, it would endanger their lives...
What I would like to know is where the money went. They supposedly paid $12 million for a document someone pulled out of his hat in an afternoon. You know they didnt really pay $12 million for it. So where did the money go? It sounds like money laundering, on top of the other obvious fraud.
good point!!
Pass the popcorn
Simpson lied to Congress...and any testimony out of this civil suit will prove it.
When is the next IG report due?
The first one helped but not a lot.
