Florida's "stand your ground" law recently changed so that the burden of proof now falls on the prosecution, not the defense.
Not only is every reference to stand your ground incorrect, but this part is flatly untrue.

Could you explain? They change SYG last year, and my recollection is that they shifted the burden of proof to the state.
