That’s a fine argument for DACA and in support of the Dreamers.

Don't be an ass. She was adopted by American citizens, not smuggled in by illegal aliens. Denying her citizenship is devaluing her parent's American citizenship.

Unless she was adopted illegally, she should be treated the same as any other American born overseas to American parents.

This is nothing but an attempt unduly citizenship to people that are in the country illegally.

As for Kim Yang Ai, we know that she voted illegally and likely illegally obtained a Social Security Card.

Her argument has as much validity as a DACA Dreamer.

As with the Dreamers Kim Yang Ai must face the consequences of her parents’ actions.
