Why isn’t she in the leadership already? Boy these communist revolutions sure are time consuming.
Possible progression:
1. Win primary - done
2. Win election
3. After 5 or 6 subsequent winning elections, begin to think about house leadership (assuming existing house leadership at that time approves)

I assume she has to be Elected to the House before she gets anything, but I could be wrong.
I remember Clyburn being dissed by the White Democrat Leadership when he was attempting to become the second in command behind Pelosi.

On the other hand, Little Miss Latina is a privileged princess sitting on a tuffet. She never picked lettuce. She grew up in an upper middle class neighborhood, and attended the best schools. As far as a leadership position goes, so far as I know, members can nominate themselves.
