My friend from Sweden didn’t have the right to vote until he took all the tests & passes his USA citizenship requirements.
Being here on a Visa or other temporary paperwork doesn’t give anyone the right to vote In USA elections.
Keep in mind that every voting district gets Federal money to run their elections, so the more people voting—legally or not—gets them more Federal money.
