Special counsel Robert Mueller's prosecutors reportedly plan to call witnesses from the FBI, IRS and Treasury Department...These institutions are hopelessly corrupt and should be disbanded. No one belonging to these institutions is to be trusted.

He doesn’t have a prayer with a DC jury, regardless of fraudulent Mueller’s evidence is.

Why is the prosecution worried about disclosure? It’s not as if the Clintons are on trial and the witnesses were at risk of Arkancide...

Any idea why these witnesses need immunity?
Have they violated banking laws?
To: yesthatjallen
Maybe he will call Lois Lerner.
To: yesthatjallen
So much for the stupid reports last week that two of these witnesses were Tony and John Podesta.
Tucker Carlson dropped more than a few notches with his reporting on that one. He can redeem himself by naming his two sources on the air and exposing them as liars.

On Monday, Ellis revealed the identities of the five witnesses who were granted immunity to testify against Manafort. The witnesses, each connected to financial institutions, are James Brennan, Donna Duggan, Conor O'Brien, Cindy Laporta and Dennis Raico. I keep reading one of the names as Conan O'Brien which makes sense given this circus.

Manafort is a political prisoner. Where is Amnesty International? I guess they closed up[ shop.

Tis a long line of IRS and FBI folks who also desperately need immunity. Mueller the multi-tasker can get them immunity, torque the squeeze on Manafort to make up stuff vs. Trump, and be beholden to the media/deep state narrative pre-elections all in one fell swoop.
To: yesthatjallen
Can they demand that ALL EVIDENCE be turned over to the defense for discovery?
This could get interesting...

Cross examination can be a bitch!
Refusals to answer can result in acquittal.

"as the judge presiding over the case laid out broad parameters to potential jurors, including a timeline of Manafort's alleged crimes."
It would be shame if that timeline overlapped Lois Learner's tenure at IRS......

First question that Manafort’s lawyers MUST ask those granted immunity: “What did you do to need immunity?”, followed by “What has the prosecution offered you for your testimony?”.
