This guy will have a computer full of jihad snuff films, constant visits to jihad sites, etc. - and it will still be “mental health issues” that drove him to kill those infidels.
They’re pushing the “mental health” story hard, but mental illness does not preclude Islamic terror as a motive and both would reinforce each other.
