Oh my, and I bet he took the time and trouble to do his Firearms Safety Course and then apply for a Possession and Acquisition Licence (and handguns require an extra fee and more thorough background check) and then got his Permit to Carry (which permits only to and from a recognized shooting club or gunsmith). Laws like these are only for stupid little people like myself.
