On Fox News Sunday, conservative columnist and commentator Brit Hume of Fox News told host Bret Baier that President Trump‘s claim about the FISA warrant are just plain incorrect. He says even if some parts were “improper”, the overall FISA warrant was not illegal.

Hume flat out can’t stand the Preesident of our country. Also, he has transferred that to his pet so called prodigy, Brit. They both are too elitist and high on the totem pole, to like Trump! I don’t watch brit anymore.. ever since that debate where he thought he’d take care of Trump. I used to think brit was a decent guy but that night he showed his colors and they were not from a decent guy... they were from an uppity guy who had the fotune to hit the big time and he was very proud of himself.. and no room for any other opinion but his. The warrant itself is legal. How they got the warrant was illegal.
Makes a difference in who to punish, but not so much in the public argument.
Keep in mind that this scumbag was exposed by wikileaks as a Democrat media operator. What he says, what he thinks is meaningless.

But this case goes beyond “flawed”. There are cases that are “flawed” and get thrown out, and then there are cases of illegal acts by government officials. If the government affiants perpetrated a fraud upon the court, then we are dealing with illegality. Right now it is looking like the government used FISA to spy on the Trump campaign for Obama’s and HRC’s benefit. There may be other crimes involved here.
What is being played out now is to continue to throw confusion and drag this out for as long as Trump is President or until the democraps can control one or both of the houses while Trump is President ... this will drain the public’s will to seek any real justice dry because they are overloaded with information, where lies are given the patina of truth.

It is one thing where they signed an affidavit as having reviewed and verified the information contained therein, but didn’t really didn’t review and/or verify.
It is another thing where they signed an affidavit knowing that information therein was false, or could reasonably be false.
With the number of signatures on the FISA application, it is possible that some signers belonged to former and some belonged to the latter. The latter are the ones that need to be identified and legal action taken against.
I remember him holding court in the press room at Comdex. At least Jeff Greenfield did some actual reporting.
Brit Hume is a great commentator, but I must disagree with him here. In a motion to traverse and quash the warrant, the fact that some parts are bogus is a big deal. Whether it invalidates the warrant depends upon what else is there, and here we do not know as it is blacked out.
Maybe he’s right, maybe he’s wrong. We can’t tell on this record.
