As been often said, just enforce the laws already on the books.

These laws would keep out most (if not all) of the border crossers, just on medical documentation alone.

But Congress or some nameless bureaucrat adds in a waiver, doesn't publish it in the Federal register, and there are enough loopholes to let the Dems bring almost anyone across.

Remember when ever being tested positive for AIDS (or GRID) was enough to deny a visa to the US or EU?
