My guess, is that Trump is ordering the FBI to look into the allegations made by Putin.
And to possibly work with Putin.
He may also say that Putin is making the 10 Russians available to the FBI for interviews.

Ryan, Sessions, and the IC want Mueller to continue to “investigate” Pres Trump.
