Remember what the Russians are accused of doing. Facebook and Twitter posts.

I want to meet the crack-addled morons that vote for a candidate based on a Facebook post.

I agree.

President Trump did nothing wrong. He did well at the press conference, and this drove the media wild.

Regarding weakness in dealing with Russia, who has been weaker then B. Obama? What about Hillary and the uranium deal?

If one wants to discuss weakness, nobody was weaker than Obama.

a country with 6800 nuclear weapons.

consider we have about 3800 in late 2017.number (not sure about that) and the total between the two is about 10000. If that is 90% of the total in the world, the other nations have 1100 or so. That is frightening.

I wonder if we have negotiated ourselves into a corner over the years. The minute man IIIs and Trident were MIRVed. We believed that multiple yield weapons over one target are better than larger blasts like the one that used to be carried on the Titan, 9MT. The decreased numbers result in the minutemans now carrying one warhead and the tritons down to 4 from up to 10. Meanwhile the Ruskies have 6800 or so and those are generally larger yields.

That's the "12 Russian trolls" indictment. The July 13, 2018 indictment parrots the January 2016 IC report that accuses the Russian government (not private citizen trolls) of hacking the DNC server and getting the contents published. I doubt those contents added to Trump's total, but they probably detracted a few Bernie-bot votes from Crooked Hillary's column.

The DEM position is that the public should be kept in the dark when a party conspires against its primary voters.

This is probably the first time I have agreed with Stephen F. Cohen.

The DNC allowed themselves to be hacked. Donna Brazille is saying that Hillary kept the server up even though they knew it was compromised.

Yep. Not sure Crooked was in charge of that, IIRC, it was Wasserman-Schultz.

I have seen no credible evidnce that the Wikileaks DNC material was obtained from a remote exploit, so I think the charges in the recent indictment are pure fiction - a gussied yup version of the January 2016 IC report. Ginned up myth for political purposes.
