I think this was deliberately done. Trump knows that CNN has higher ratings overseas because it is on TVs in airports. Trump wanted the Brits to get that message!
If CNN were NOT in every US airport and hotel cable systems, their ratings would be lower than that. Ditto for USA Today as a "national news paper".

Food Network would do better of they would do fewer baking shows. Baking is BORING. And fancy cakes are really just model making using cake and verdant instead of clay so would be better suited for Arts and Crafts.
