Of course the GRU hacked American political entities. They are legitimate intelligence targets. Were any of them indicted for hacking Hillary’s private illegal server and email setup? That was a legitimate intelligence target, too. Only she’d go to jail for having classified information on a non-secure, non-government-approved data system.

Absolutely true, and if we aren't doing the same to monitor what our rivals and enemies in the world are up to, our spies aren't doing their jobs. Further, anyone who doesn't think Obama's administration was trying to get inside information during the Israeli elections is delusional.
