They cannot be indicted and are not subject to US laws. This is probably the first move in shutting down the investigation since there has been no implication that Trump is involved.
Did all those Russians leave their names behind when they did all their dastardly deeds?
This does not address how I was supposed to know if an anti-Hillary post on Facebook was created by a Russian or by a domestic FB user with no more of a connection to Russian than a sardine to a sparrow.
