Doing so without prior notification to POTUS who is about to meet with Putin. McCarthy as bad as he was and HUAC were never playing the game of coup d’etat. J. Edgar Hoover was into blackmail but would he have ever undercut a POTUS,even one he virulently disagreed with. The fact that Russian milutary officials have been accused and indicted of interference in our election on the eve of a summit and that no prior disclosure was made to POTUS are grounds, not just for dismissal but for charges of sedition.
